Living Shoreline Stabilization

Join us along with Heineken and UCF for a restoration event at Tomoka State Park on Feb. 23! We’ll use oysters that we bagged late last year at Victorio’s Oyster Bar – with your help – to stabilize the shoreline at the state park. It’s an Indian Midden that is eroding into the Halifax River and needs attention.

After the project, we’ll gather the River Grille for lunch and refreshments, courtesy of Heineken. Bring the family.

-All ages welcome
-Wear old clothes (you’ll get muddy and wet)
-Wear closed-toe shoes with good soles
-Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellant and water
