CCA has proven time and again that anglers are the best stewards of the marine environment. We work to protect not only the health, habitat and sustainability of our marine resources, but also the interests of recreational anglers and their access to the resources they cherish.

Founded in 1985 and one of 19 state chapters of the national CCA organization, we work with our 19,000+ members!

Why you should attend

Moments from the Past chapter Events

Join to be a part of CCA Florida

Your participation helps fund habitat projects across the state like mangrove and seagrass plantings, shoreline stabilizations, artificial reefs, waterway and shoreline trash clean ups, restocking clams, oysters, redfish and seatrout, and more. Since 2010, CCA Florida and its partners have contributed nearly $11 million in habitat projects statewide.

What we do

Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Florida is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Florida’s marine resources. Founded in 1985 and one of 19 state chapters of the national CCA organization, we work with our 19,000+ members, including recreational anglers and outdoor enthusiasts, to conserve and enhance marine resources and coastal environments in our state

Nationally, CCA is committed to the sustainable health of coastal fisheries and fights for recreational anglers’ interests. Here in Florida, we push for fisheries management that keep fish stocks sustainable and abundant, we educate and engage the public to support habitat and environmental restoration, and we work with our members and state residents to ensure good stewardship of our coastal resources.

Join us

Our purpose  is to advise and educate the public on conservation of marine resources. The objective of CCA is to conserve, promote, and enhance the present and future availability of those coastal resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the general public.

Attend the Clermont Banquet as a first step towards joining the CCA Family.
