- Winner will be notified by phone LIVE on stage during ICAST.

- Winner will be contacted via phone LIVE from stage immediately following the drawing.
- Once a raffle ticket(s) is purchased, the information is entered in a spreadsheet with the purchaser’s information. On the morning of the drawing, the spreadsheet is then sent to CCA Florida’s printing company where raffle tickets are individually printed and assigned unique numbers. The tickets are then couriered to the location of the drawing and placed into the raffle barrel/drum. The raffle barrel/drum will be mixed up numerous times and the winning ticket will be hand selected. The mixing of the barrel/drum and the drawing will be broadcasted live on CCA Florida’s Instagram and Facebook pages. The winner will be announced by name and contacted via phone and/or email, if he or she is not present during the live drawing.

Raffle Rules
- Winner will receive a new Hewes Redfisher 16 complete with Yamaha VF90 SHO, Custom AmeraTrail Trailer, Power Pole Shallow Water Anchor and Rhodan GPS Guided Trolling Motor.
- Drawing to be held July 17, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America.
- Winner need NOT be present to win.
- Winner will be determined by random drawing.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Limit of 10 tickets per person.
- Tickets are $25 each (suggested minimum donation).
- Any Personal and contact information provided while contacting will be confidential.
- The Raffle and drawing is being conducted by Coastal Conservation Association Florida (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) whose principle place of business is 4061 Forrestal Avenue, Suite 8, Orlando, Florida 32806
- Funds from the Raffle will support CCA Florida’s habitat restoration projects. Proceeds will be used to expand current projects and create opportunities for future habitat projects in effort to restore, enhance and protect marine resources across Florida’s coastal environments.
